I accept briefs for all legal and quasi-legal platforms; Motions, Applications, Criminal, Civil, Divorce & Rule 43 in both the Lower and Cape High Court. Written opinions remain the mainstay of chamber work where the attorney has limited time available in finding the applicable law. The legal profession in South Africa is divided into advocates (barristers) and attorneys (solicitors). The advocates' profession in South Africa is a referral profession. This means that a client approaches an attorney who, in turn, instructs an advocate. Advocates are also instructed to provide written or oral opinions on matters involving Southern African Law.
